I am a Physicist studying at university in London. Every student should experience the beauty of Physics and learn the basics of such significant value Physics has contributed to our universe.

In 2021, I participated in the Ogden Trust's "Teach Physics" internship program and taught science at a local secondary school for over a month. This experience provided me with valuable experience and insight into a professional environment in teaching and allowed me the opportunity to observe the different styles of teaching students respond to when learning. Currently, I am working for a secondary school to tutor their sixth-form students in A-level Physics on a weekly basis, as well as setting up my private tutoring business online for GCSE and A level. I am DBS certified and very comfortable being a part of an online community. I find that helping my peers has definitely developed and improved my communication skills. I am proud of my involvement with them, not only has it enhanced my knowledge, a better understanding of Physics, and in turn I have learned a lot in the process. This experience has allowed personal growth as I had to adapt to the students' learning styles and explain concepts from a different perspective.

I like to go through the theory for the majority of the lesson and discuss together with the student any misconceptions they previously had and throughout the lesson, correct those mistakes and then finish off the lesson with a few summary questions. I believe that in order to achieve good grades, the student needs to work smart so I would suggest revising after every lesson as this consolidates their learning and they are able to process what was taught that day. This way, they will be able to recall more information and their level of understanding will subsequently increase. I like to reinforce this with a small task of homework to be completed for the next lesson.

I have extensive experience with AQA and Edexcel Physics and Maths.

I have tutored numerous students at GCSE and A levels. They have all exceeded their aspiration grades and gained a much more in-depth knowledge of the subject.
