Hello! I’m Preethi :-)
I’m a second year medical student who scored A*s in English, Biology, Chemistry, Economics and Math in the A levels.
I have more than two years of experience in tutoring, both privately and in small classes. I’ve worked with students who needed additional guidance for their GCSE and A level examinations, or just some extra support for keeping up with school.
My lessons are very structured and exam-focused. Knowing when and on what you will be examined, we will work together to cover the syllabus thoroughly in that timeframe. I will help you plan a week-long study schedule, and maintain a question bank of questions you struggle with so we can test you frequently. I will also help you in taking succinct notes for revision.
I have taken the GCSE and A level exams, and have worked with students who were under other exam boards such as the IB.
My students have consistently shown steady progress in terms of their understanding of the topics covered, and in a more general sense have learnt good exam practices that can be applied to all other subjects.
