I am understanding, enthusiastic and organised and would love to help people better their skills in languages
I am currently undertaking a bachelor's degree at Durham University in Modern Languages and Cultures. I have high GCSE qualifications as well as a diploma from the IB with French and Spanish being undertaken throughout. I am willing to help people better their language skills whether that is through speaking, reading, or writing. I am also very happy to tutor English and Maths having continued to study it until 6th Form and kept up my standard since being at university
I am new to tutoring, however, I am currently studying these languages as part of my degree and have a high level of fluency. I am very organised and would love to help people advance their language skills.
I will establish the level of the student for the first lesson in order to determine which areas will need to be worked on. From this, I plan a lesson around an area that has been agreed to work on. There may be practice exercises to do during the lessons and if further practice is required, then extra worksheets can be provided.
I am somewhat familiar with the exam boards up to GCSE
