I am a recent graduate with a high 2:1 grade in an integrated master's of Astrophysics (MPhys) from the University of Edinburgh/ My Higher results in High School consisted of straight A’s and I strive to help others to achieve the highest possible results that they can. I thoroughly understand that each student will have different abilities and confidence levels so I am very capable of adjusting my teaching style to different needs so that the learner can get the most out of our sessions.

I have tutored a number of students in Physics and Mathematics through exam levels N5-AH where they have achieved excellent results. I am a motivated individual with a passion for education. I have had experience with young people through volunteer work with Girlguiding UK as well as creating educational activities through my time at university.

My lessons will be fairly structured, but also flexible such that they can change pace or content depending on how the student is getting on with work. Regular discussions will be had such that I can gauge how the learner is feeling about particular topics, and where their strengths and weaknesses lie.

Having left high school in 2020, I am very familiar with the Scottish exam system and what the examinations look like. Furthermore, many of my family members currently work as High School teachers so are still in touch with how the exam board progresses and changes each year.
