My approach is to breakdown complex theories in a fun and interactive manner that can be seen in the real world. Carrying out lessons with the use of PowerPoints, worksheets and past exam questions to prepare students for exams accompanied with supportive feedback.

I have tutored students in Psychology and Sociology at GCSE and A-Level who have achieved outstanding grades. Having achieved three A's at A level in psychology, sociology and Religious studies I feel I can offer help and guidance in exam techniques. As well as personally graduating In psychology from a Russel group university .

I would approach each lesson as a break up of the topic to simplify it and make it more interactive and interesting by using PowerPoints, making worksheets and having topical and thought provoking discussions to overlap textbook knowledge to the real world. Also any areas that a student was struggling with would be looked over and homework or small assignments given to enhance the students independent learning.

I have taken many exams over the course of my GCSES ,A level studies and undergraduate level. Therefore I am very familiar with what examiners would like to see in students writing, especially when it comes to essay structure and components that are needed to ensure high grades.

I was able to reignite the interest of a friend of mine who had lost interest in psychology which led to improved grades. Likewise, my assistance to family members in there studies resulted in higher grades, enhanced comprehension, and increased involvement in the subject matter. Additionally, I helped a former student preparing for her AQA psychology A-level, who was grappling with topic knowledge and essay structure, and she ultimately achieved an exceptional grade
