I am a Food Science and Nutrition Student who has always had a love for food. It is said that we eat to live, I definitely live to eat- and over the years I have been able to build the love of cooking and my mission is to show you how you can come to love the cooking process before that ultimate experience of eating your masterpiece. Through live interaction, I will be showing step-by-step recipes leaving you room to customise as you like. No kind of meal or cuisine is out of bounds. Through this process, you will learn many different ways around the kitchen you may have never learned before.

As a student I know how daunting it can be to cook food that can take hours and might not always end up tasting nice, so we resort to take-outs that taste amazing but we know this is far from the healthy lifestyle we want to have. With all this in mind I have come up with tutorials that can allow you to have fun cooking, learn more about kitchen utensils and ways you can season your food appropriately to start looking forward to cooking and eating. I have taught friends and family different meals and volunteered for youth camp kitchens where I was taught the fundaments of nutrition in children and developed my communication skills with young people- not to mention, I am the oldest of 5 children- need I say more?

My teaching methods are to first get to know what your likes and dislikes are about cooking- and what you would like to learn in particular. I will make lesson plans based on what we have discussed.

Through living by example and cooking for friends and family, I have become a local guru when it comes to brainstorming recipes and living a lifestyle of plant-based home-cooked food.
