Masters Law Student keen to help others for GCSE English Language and English Literature and also Nat 4 and Nat 5 English
Hi there! I am a masters law student with previous tutoring and teaching experience. I look forward to helping students reach their full potential by engaging with English literature/language content.
I work with the Law Society of Scotland teaching basic legal principals to students and also have a great deal of experience teaching English Literature/language to GCSE and National 4/5 students.
My lesson plans vary depending on the students needs and learning styles as it is better to cater to their strengths and develop the weaker areas once identified. However I can ensure that I will assign homework as the best way to keep the learning fresh is through reinforcement.
I always ensure I am familiar with each exam board for my students as the criteria (marking wise) varies depending on the exam board and this allows for us to really focus on what the examiner is looking for.
I have several past students who have improved greatly as stated by school reports and parents evening after our sessions.
