In my opinion, 1 to 1 learning is the most effective way of retaining information. It enables me to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the pupil, so we can develop an advanced understanding of the subject. Working through past paper questions is beneficial as it highlights precisely what the exam board wants from every question and developing these skills are vital in order to succeed in exams. My lessons will be either 1 hour or 2 hour sessions. I have worked as an independent tutor in the past helping students with GCSE and A level chemistry. During my A levels I achieved 3 A’s in maths, biology and chemistry. I am available to tutor students for GCSE and A level Chemistry, as well as GCSE biology and maths.

I have previously tutored to GCSE chemistry students whilst I was studying my A levels. During my undergraduate I was privately tutoring students GCSE and A level chemistry,

I base my lessons on the areas which my pupils require help with. They should arrive to session with any work they have found difficult during their school lessons. I can provide past exam questions and go through them with the pupil in great detail.

I have previously studied AQA chemistry GCSE and OCR chemistry a level, however I can adapt to other specifications as the content is similar.
